We roast small-batch gourmet coffee using air-roasting technology.
Unlike traditional drum roasters, which are less controllable and can burn the beans, our roasting process blows hot air through the beans to heat them gently without burning them. The process is computer-controlled and produces a consistent result. Master Coffee Roaster, Esther Fox uses an air-flow coffee roaster designed by her father James Fox, a professional engineer.
